Melanie Johnson has been helping people organize their lives for over12 years now. With over 1,000 happy customers in the Shreveport/Bossier area she has proven that she knows closet organization. With a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from Louisiana Tech and over 10 years working as a buyer for major furniture retailers—Pottery Barn is but one—she has honed the skills needed to design the perfect storage solution. While working in New York, Johnson realized the giant need for organized, useful, yet attractive storage in small spaces, but it wasn't until she decided to move back to Shreveport that she became the organizing diva known today. While helping plan her own mother's closets she decided to make her passion her paycheck. Using good taste, good judgment and a creative outlook Melanie designs closets, garages, pantries and the likes all geared towards her customers' personal needs. Whether residential or commercial her natural instincts and creativity paired with a wealth of experience turn any cluttered abyss into useful, well organized space not only tripling functional square footage but protecting costly possessions. She pays careful attention to details and provides her customers a plan that can be revised, if needed, and then approved before finally being installed. If desired, after installation, she will even put the items to be stored in their new space.
